Lesson 14: Learning Management Systems

Learning Management Systems (LMS) are software platforms that facilitate the
management, delivery, and tracking of educational courses and content. This platforms
provide a centralized hub for teachers and students to access learning materials,
participate in discussions, submit assignments, and track progress. It also provide a
comprehensive and organized approach to managing and delivering educational
content, fostering communication and collaboration, and facilitating personalized
learning experiences for both teachers and students.
I experienced using learning management system here in Romblon State University
where I am passing home works or activities. My teachers are also delivering their
assigned task for us in Google classroom, google classroom is an example of LMS. In
Gclass I am passing assignments so that we don’t need to pass a hard copy of that
activity, This LMS can help us to save money from printing those activities.
As a teacher someday, I will use learning management systems to my class when
I am giving them task and also I will use this to deliver some instructional materials.
This LMS platforms facilitate communication and collaboration between me and my
students. Through the help of this platforms I can create engaging and interactive
learning environments while efficiently managing my teaching responsibilities.
