N.B. : (i) All the above-mentioned timings are indicating the class starting timings for each subject.

Attention : To all MBA (Batch 2006-08) and PGDM (Batch 2006-07) students

Dear students,

I enclose the class schedule (Session Plan) for both the subjects – Individual & Group Behaviour in Organization (IGBO) and Organization Structure
& Dynamics (OSD) for this Autumn Semester, 2006-07

Now for the IGBO subject Section - B, we will have two cases for which you have to make group presentations as follows :

(1) Case No. 1 : Middle Management Voices in the Organization. To be presented in Session No. 4 of the enclosed Session Plan.

(2) Case No. 2 : Gobardhan Bonamali Bandhopadhya Company (P) Ltd. To be presented in Session No. 7 of the enclosed session plan.

Rules for Group Presentation :

(a) There will be 6 groups.

(b) Each group will be having a group leader.

(c) Each group will make a presentation for 10 minutes which will be followed by Q-A session for 5 minutes on the presentation. General discussion
will be held for 20 minutes.

(d) Groups 1 and 2 will make their presentations on Question - 1, Groups 3 and 4 will make presentations on Question - 2 and Groups 5 and 6 will
make their presentations on Question – 3, given at the end of each case.

(e) The presentation will be made on multimedia and there may be one or more presenters depending on what each group decides.

(f) The presentation for each case will carry 10 marks.

(g) Each member of the groups will get the same marks as is awarded to the group.
(h) Please collect your copies of the cases from VGSOM Office (Mr. Shanti Gopal Hazra, Room No. GF-6).
