1 A group of students wanted to investigate the types of tourists who visited the
Marina Promenade area in Singapore and their reasons for doing so. Their
hypothesis was ‘Tourists visit Marina Promenade as they want to ride on the
Singapore Flyer.’ The students divided the investigation area into four areas, A, B,
C and D.
