DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY AS PLANT MANAGER & QA

1. Product Quality and Process Control


• Ensuring the compliance of the all products (quality, Halal and Food Safety)
• Monitoring and ensuring the quality of incoming raw material as well as finish good
• Development and implementation of new quality improvement initiatives
• Managing team of Manager and Supervisor to achieve department goals
• Working with functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, PPIC and HR)
• Review of deviations, change controls, non-conformances, OOS, market/customer
complain, CAPA and compliance report
• Execute validation activities for process, machine, cleaning and analytical methodsFrom JobStreet.com
• Ensuring the GMP, hygiene and Food Safety compliance of the entire plant through system
implementation and periodic audit.

2. Integrated Management System (Food Safety, Quality, Halal, SNI)


• Development and implementation of Food Safety Management System
• Designing and training modules and imparting training to the food handlers on food safety,
quality, GMP as per training calendar with the proper assessment
• Ensuring preparation and implementation of all master documents like FSMS Manual, PRP
Manual, Halal Manual, HACCP,VACCP, TACCP Manual, Work Procedures, Work
Instructions/SOPs, records, spesifications, test procedures, guidelines at plant as and when
required
• Developing the annual audit calendar and evaluating the system implementation through
internal audit , verification document and on site, sharing of the NC’s and coordinating
with the team for closures
• Managing and acting as auditee for all externall audit (FSSC 22K, Halal, SNI, FSI and
regulatory audits)
• Taking lead role in complying to the system requirements
• Monitoring pest control effectiveness with support from external vendor and HR
department.

3. New vendor development and evaluation


• Conducting team for vendor evaluation and audit
• Developing new/alternate vendor for raw material as per business requirement

4. Management of Lab Facilities


• Maintaining lab equipment and ensuring the analytical testing of the product on all the
parameters from external lab as per the testing calendar and group requirement
• evaluating the future requirement for testing and analysis and ensuring the resources
accordingly
• ensuring and development of the analytical capabilities amongs the team to carry out the
job without error

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY AS QUALITY MANAGER

1. Responsible for Quality Process and Quality Product from raw material to finish product (with
various packaging : glass bottle, PET bottle, paper, pouch and cup).
2. Responsible for Quality Process of Waste Water Treatment Plant (Aerob and Anaerob).
3. Responsible for Implementation Quality Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001), Hazard
Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP, CAC/RCP 1 : 2011), Good Manufacturing Practice
(GMP), Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI), Sistem Jaminan Halal (SJH), Supplier Quality
Management System (SQMS) and Code of Conduct (CoC).
4. Responsible for activity of Gugus Kendali Mutu (GKM), Sistem Sumbang Saran (SSS), Self
Directed Work Team (SDWT), 5R/5S.
5. Responsible for External Audit Proper, Penghargaan Industri Hijau (PIH), Standar Nasional
Indonesia (SNI).
6. Responsible for handle external complain from consumen and guiding for plant visitor (customer).
