Profile – Management Engineer Trainee- Marketing & Sales (International & Domestic)

Key Responsibilities (Deliverables):


1. Develop and cultivate relationships with new clients within existing markets.
2. Identify and create opportunities to introduce new products, such as Rubber Sheets and Pulley
lagging, to the market.
3. Gather market intelligence and prepare monthly reports to analyze price trends on key products.
4. Technical B2B marketing to serve international & domestic customers.
5. Demonstrate a willingness to travel and visit customer locations regularly, showcasing the
technical features and benefits of our products.
6. Coordinate with our plant for orders, ensuring efficient delivery for both ORSA and other clients.
7. Prepare cost estimates for clients and generate quotations.
8. Review and finalize contracts with customers.
9. Create technical data sheets and technical proposals for tenders.
10. Keep track of industry exhibitions and compile data on participants.
11. Foster cross-functional communication with Logistics and Finance Departments.
12. Handle business operations related to South Africa, including regular costings and tender
revalidations

Key Skills:
1. B2B sales in Rubber Industry / Conveyor Belting industry desirable.
2. SAP SD module is additional advantage.
3. Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Willingness to travel extensively.
6. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
7. Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software.

Qualification: MBA(Marketing) + BE (Mechanical/Electrical/ Production/Polymer)

Salary: Trainee Period : 4.18 LPA


Probation (Executive) : 4.54 LPA
Experienced : 5.15 LPA
