Part A — Group
Q1. How have you managed your time as a group for the last week?
The initial weeks were challenging in terms of group availability due to overlapping class schedules,
personal commitments, and finding time to balance the workload. To address this, we had a productive in-
person meeting to establish our maximum project time commitment. Surprisingly, we agreed to meet up to
4 times a week! As a team, we're committed to continuously improving our time management for both the
course and the project.
Q2. How many meetings have you conducted privately online?
Prioritizing in-person meetings kept our initial online interaction to a single session. We're now looking
to increase the total meeting frequency to maximize our team's effectiveness.
Q3. Are you happy as a team? Have there been any problems?
Yes, we are happy as a team. Because everyone has idea on what goals to achieve at the end of the day.
Q4. Insert a screenshot of your sprint board via JIRA.
Q5. Insert a screenshot of your sprint burndown chart if this week you completed a sprint.

Detail your contribution this week:
Initially, when I was introduced to the project, I felt overwhelmed and struggled to grasp its details.
However, I took a step-by-step approach by carefully reviewing the project documentation. This
methodical exploration allowed me to gain a better understanding of the project's requirements.
Subsequently, I formulated relevant questions to ask the client, aligning them with the project's objectives.
Additionally, I actively participated in identifying potential risks associated with the project, considering
aspects related to the project itself, the product, and the overall business context.
