Purok Mancuno, Don Aurelio Chicote, Governor Generoso, Davao Oriental, do hereby name,
constitute and appoint MARK ERVIN PAZ LINTOGONAN, of legal age, Filipino citizen and
a resident of Lot 37 Block G-18 Aquino Street, Phase 2 S.I.R New Matina, Bucana, Davao City,
to be my true and lawful attorney, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the
following acts and things to wit:

1. To represent me and in my behalf in the processing of my business registration in the

Bureau of Internal Revenue, Mati City;
2. To receive any and all documents related to the application and/or registration from
the concerned government agencies/offices;
3. To pay any and all such expenses that may be necessary to effect the application
and/or registration of the said business;
4. To sign and execute the necessary documents to carry into full effect the power herein
conferred and to do any other related and/or incidental task that may be needed to
fully and effectively carry out the authority herein conferred upon her.
