6. SHIPPING DOCUMENT
6.1 Signed and stamped commercial invoice in triplicate
6.2 Signed and stumped detailed packing list in triplicate
6.3 Full sets of original clean shipped on board the ocean
6.4 Shipping advices have been sent to the Buyer by fax within but nor later than 03 working
days upon completion of shipment advising shipment particulars.

7. INSPECTIONS AND CLAIM

The Buyer shall have the right to apply to the Independent organization in Vietnam to inspect after
discharge of the goods at the destination, should the quality and/or quantity / weight be found not in
conforinty with the contract, the Buyer shall be entitled to lodge claim with the Seller on the basis of
survey report withen 60 days after discharge of the goods at the port of destination, with the exception,
however, of those claims for which the shipping company and/or the insurance company (if any) are to
be held responsible all the expenses incurred on the claim including the inspection fee are borne by the
Seller.

8. FORCE MAJEURE
In case of force majeure, the Seller shall not be held responsible for delay in delivery or non delivery of
the goods but shall notify immediately the Buyer by cable and deliver to the buyer by registered mail
a certificate issued by government authority as evidence thereof.

9. ARBITRATION
All disputes connected with this contract or the execution therefore shall be settled by friendly
negotiation. If no settlement can be reached, the case of dispute shall then be submitted for the
International Arbitration center of VietNam Chamber of Commserce under the Arbitration rules of the
International Chamber of Commerce.The decision made by the commission shall be accepted as final
binding upon both parties. The fee for arbitration shall be borne by the loosing party unless otherwise
awarded by the commission.

10. ADDITIONAL CLAUSE

-Any change and/or amendment arising in connection with this contract must be made in writing
(including telex/fax) and duly confirmed by both parties. All other conclitions, which not stated in this
contract will be governed by INCOTERMS 2010.
