Dear Guy Savard:

We would like to obtain a quote for the technical equipment we require for a workshop scheduled from
December 4 to December 5, 2023, at the Lakeview Convention Centre. We anticipate that approximately
50 attendees will participate in the workshop.

Five workstations are required, each with the following equipment:

 Five 27-inch monitors, Lenovo ThinkVision or equivalent

 Network-ready desktop computer, Lenovo ThinkStation P330 workstation or equivalent
 Headset (with microphone)
 Keyboard and mouse

Full technical specifications are outlined in the attached document.

All equipment must be delivered and installed in the conference centre training room before the start of
the workshop. Please note that we do not expect access to the site before 7:00 p.m. on December 4,
2023, and the workshop will begin promptly at 8:00 a.m. the following day.

We would appreciate receiving your quote by Sunday, November 5, 2023. Please do not hesitate to
