SUB:In the matter of false claim made from your part in my name.

Sir,
With reference to the subject matter,I am to state as under:-
THAT on 16.02.2023,I have received one message from mobile
no.9311986652,to my whatsapp call,who demand himself as a
representative to your firm.
THAT by that message he warns me to remit the outstanding amount
against the loan taken from your firm by me and the loan of which remitted
by your firm to my S.B.I ACCOUNT.And thereafter the alleged person over
phone threatened me and also to my family members to remit the Loan
Amount which comes to 25000/- to 30,000/- (approx.) otherwise our life will
be in danger.I repeatedly explained them that I have neither taken any loan
from you nor I am maintaining any Account which Number is mentioned
thereon i.e ending with 4317.But all in vain.That finding no other alternative
I have filled a General Diary beings no-815 on 16/02/2023 at Chatterjihat
police station,Howrah against this unlawfull act.
After that one Prasenjit Das Mobile No.(7450871021) claiming himself your
recovery agent also came to my residence.I also showed him my S.B.I Bank
Statement that no amount has been credited from your Company on
22/10/2022.He convinced and told me that he will report the truth to H.O.
But after few months on 23/02/2024 I have received one notice to appear
before NATIONAL LOK ADALAT on 09/03/2024 (case no-4646/2024,
EARLY SALARY SERVICES PVT.LTD VS NILANJAN MUKHERJEE).Also I have
filled another General Diary No-1785 on 24/02/2023 at Chatterjihat police
station,Howrah.I appeared to the NATIONAL LOK ADALAT on
09/03/2024.There also I have showed my S.B.I Bank Account Statement to
where you are claiming to credit your Loan Amount on 22/10/2022 to your
Officers present in LOK ADALAT that no amount has been credited from
EARLY SALARY SERVICES PVT LTD to my S.B.I Account in any dates.
After receiving LOK ADALAT Notice I mailed on 23/02/2024 to EARLY
SALARY SERVICES PVT LTD.(Presently named FIBE).A ticket No has been
from your end i.e No-6708687979590 on 24.02.2024.On reply one MR
PRATAP SINGH(FIBE) reply me through 2 mails vide Ticket No-
6708687979590 on 24.02.2024 and 08/03/2024 wherein he was admitted
that the alleged claim/demand amount is not related to me and it is a false
case and the Notice itself was mistakenly dispatched to me by some wrong
person wrongfully.
That I am very much shocked to receive such false,unlawful,unfair claimed
from your part which may effect on my social status,and in future.Therefore
you are requested to rectify your Loan Account No-LAI1003896906 so that
no one can disturb me further for this matter.If I receive this type of false
Claim/Notice/threaten from your part,I shall have no other alternative but
to take the shelter of Law before the competent Authority which please
note.
Under the circumstances stated above you are also requested to officially
confirm the statement made by your Mr Pratap Singh under ticket no-
6708687979590 as stated herein above.
