RESOLVED THAT the Board of Directors approved unanimously the resolution to offer TECHNICAL
VOCATIONAL EDUCATION TRAINING (TVET PROGRAMS);

RESOLVED THAT the course to be offered by the DIGO TECHNICAL TRAINING AND ASSESSMENT CENTER
(Referred herein as the training center) is SHIELDED METAL ARC WELDING NC II:

RESOLVED FURTHER that the Board of Directors designate the following authorized representative to apply,
transact, and or sign documents in relation to the application of accreditation to TESDA:
