schedules, review of lien waiver and other documentation submitted by the Developer.

 Review action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule. Implements change management

is completed as per schedule. Ensure project quality as per the quality assurance plan. Monitor
the project cost to ensure that it is within the budget. Monitor the sub contracts to ensure their
