Hon. Suarez:

I am Krishia Mae G. Bulacan, and I am currently enrolled as a 2nd year college student
in Dalubhasaan ng Lungsod ng Lucena, taking up Bachelor of Science in Public
Administration. I am very fortunate to be one of the students who were spared in
paying tuition fees. Yet, I do not have enough resources to pay other study related
expenses. We all know that we are experiencing a crisis because of this pandemic.
My parents cannot afford the internet expenses that I need for my online classes. Our
only resource of income is the money that my father gets as a tricycle driver. Most
often, is not even enough to feed a family of ten mouths.

Thus, I am writing this letter to apply as one of your scholars in Serbisyong Suarez. I have
been applying for every scholarship that I knew available for this past few months.
Unfortunately, no one called me back. I am starting to feel a little frustrated about it.

I do believe that every student should have a chance to have a formal education
and to reach their goals in life. I am hoping that this program will help me to finish my
studies and reach my dreams, and it would be grateful if I will be one of your deserving
scholars.
