“WHAT DO YOU THINK ARE YOUR SHORTCOMING IN PROVIDING GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE?

PLEASE EXPLAIN WHAT EFFORTS YOU WILL MAKE TO OVERCOME THE SHORTCOMING FOR 2024.

1. Inadequate Training:

Issue: Untrained or poorly trained staff may struggle to meet customer needs. E.g lack of knowledge
on full scale of solar power system.

Solution: Invest in comprehensive training programs for employees, covering product knowledge,
communication skills, and problem-solving techniques.

2. Inconsistent Service Quality:

Issue: Lack of employees in the store causes customers not get full attention and it is difficult to get
guidance about a product they want to buy.

Solution: Add-on more employees as to make sure customers get the best service ever.

3. Failure to Anticipate Customer Needs:

Issue: Not proactively addressing customer needs can lead to dissatisfaction. E.g some of the
electrical product may not available in our store causes customer need to find in other store.

Solution: Stay informed about industry trends, conduct market research, and encourage staff to
anticipate and address customer needs before they become issues.

4. Poor Employee Morale:

Issue: Unhappy employees may struggle to provide excellent customer service.

Solution: Foster a positive work environment, recognize and reward outstanding performance, and
address employee concerns promptly to boost morale. By addressing these weaknesses through
proactive measures, businesses can enhance their customer service and foster positive relationships
with their customer base.
