Note II: Trainings Objectives and Targets


Specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time bound objectives are established. Against these
objectives, effectiveness is measured.

Every new employee is subjected to Orientation Course which includes PETROLYNX IMS policy,
organizational structure, brief IMS introduction and his job description.
