Strengths - Bernie Liu got the drive to seek opportunities and to be inventive
and adventurous by proposing to his parents to shift their garment
manufacturing into a fashion retail enterprise. He has good
leadership also for he started with only 40 employees but later, he
was able to expand it more. He is very hardworking and
committed to his work.
- The shop and its employees have strong integrity from years of
service and manufacturing. He has a great passion for what he’s
doing.
Weaknesses - He got challenges by using the wrong business model in other
countries
- He encountered problems with product development for non-
tropical places.
- He faced challenges with business partners.
- He and his team need to improve some products that may
conflict with other brands. Also, prices must fit its target market.

Opportunities - Since they have strong brand recognition, they can introduce
new products such as seasonal clothing designs that are applicable
to the current situations.
- They can hire local models, celebrities, or public figures to be
ambassadors of the brand.
- Telemarketing can be used as an opportunity as well.
Threats - The increase in the price of raw materials and the possibility of
decreasing the available raw materials.
- The increase in labor costs and in taxes.
- The direct and indirect competitors.
- The products can be imitated or copied easily.
