registered under my name embraced in Original Certificate of Title No.
(2011000012) 067-2023000022 and to request your cooperation in holding the
Electronic Certificate Authorizing Registration (e-CAR) related to my property.

Recently, it has come to my attention that unauthorized processing of my

said property has taken place without my consent or knowledge. I want to
emphasize that I have not participated in any transactions nor have I signed any
documents regarding the transfer of ownership, particularly a Deed of Absolute
Sale. This unauthorized processing poses a serious concern regarding the integrity

In light of this situation, I kindly request your assistance in placing a hold on

the e-CAR associated with my aforementioned property. This measure is crucial to
prevent any further unauthorized transactions and to ensure that my rights and
