-PROPER INFORMATION ABT. EXPECTED BUNKER OPERATIONS AND THE HANDLING OF THE BUNKERING
SYSTEM HAS BEEN GIVEN AND EXPLAINED TO THE NEW CHIEF ENGINEER
-NECESSARY WORKS AS PER MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE HAVE BEEN DISCUSSED
-PROPER BRIEFING ON THE COMPANY’S SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM INCL. ALL RELEVANT POLICIES HAS
BEEN DONE AND THAT THE NEW CHIEF ENG. IS ADEQUATELY FAMILIARISED WITH THE RELEVANT
PROCEDURES
-THE LOCATION OF THE MOST IMPORTANT MANUALS AND PLANS HAS BEEN MADE KNOWN
-THE QUANTITIES OF THE FUEL OIL , DIESEL OIL AND LUBRICATING OIL AS SHOWN BELOW ARE CORRECT
