Counseling is their core service, assisting students with personal and academic concerns.
Testing facilitates student entrance exams, while career guidance helps them explore possible
career paths. They also maintain an individual inventory summarizing student data and offer
consulting services for those facing challenges. Student evaluations measure satisfaction with
the Office's services. The Guidance Office manually tracked the attendance of its 100 daily
clients per day. All guidance processes are walk-in for students or people to have counseling in
the guidance office, and they have online appointment counseling for those who want to have a
schedule before going to school; they must fill out first the Google form they provide to have an
appointment. Testing is where the entrance exam is held; students must first register with IAIMS
and be issued an applicant I.D. before taking the exam, career guidance is where DOLE offers
jobs to those wanting a job. The Guidance Office has these individual inventories that
summarize the students' profiles, including their names, addresses, and other relevant data.
The guidance office provides an evaluation sheet via Google Forms.
