I. On Tracking and Tracing Returning Overseas Filipinos, Locally Stranded Individuals and Others

a) No. of tracked and monitored Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROFs): 27

b) No. of tracked and monitored Local Stranded Individuals (LSIs): 399
c) Facilitated dispatch of transporters for the extraction of ROFs and LSIs from their pick-up
points to their Quarantine Facility Assignment.
d) Coordinated with other ROF/LSI Coordinators within the Region for the access and passage of
returning Catbaloganons.

II. Monitoring and Discharge of Quarantined/Isolated Individuals at the Various Facilities

In coordination with the City Health Office and upon their advice or instruction, monitored the
condition and facilitated the discharge of various individuals from the following Quarantine and
Isolation Facilities:

III. Other Related Operational Accomplishments

 Regularly updated the Masterlist of Quarantined Individuals and their respective details for
records purposes and reference of other agencies who needed data for their reports and for
submission to City Health Office
 Facilitated extraction of individuals scheduled for swabbing
 Facilitated extraction for quarantine of returning residents who directly went to their homes
without coordination at the Command Center.
 Facilitated inspection of private residences for home quarantine of qualified returning
residents.
