Chapter 4

Presentation, Analysis, and Interpretation of Data

This chapter deals with the presentation, analysis, and

interpretation of data and results based on the research problems.

This study aims to determine the relationship between caffeine

consumption and academic performance of the Grade 12 students in Our

Lady of Fatima

University.

After computing the weighted mean of the gathered data, the

results were interpreted verbally as to the feedback of the respondents.

In table I, 78% of the respondents are STEM and the 22% is divided into ABM and
HUMMS, the ABM have 14% respondents while the 8% is from HUMSS, with total of 100%

Table II summarizes the frequency and percentage of the participants age, Most

of the respondents age is 17 years old with percentage of 56.9% and 35.3%’ is 18

years old and the remaining 5.9% are 19 years old.

about watching different TikTok contents, the positive effects have 82.4% percentage with 42 frequency,
because its help them to relax or enjoy while watching differences content, while the negative have 7.8%
percentage and 9 frequency say that tiktok can distract their study.

with 60.8% percentage and 31 frequency while the others say no, and only have

Confidents or self esteem to the tiktok app, most of them is positive and agree that tiktok app can help them
to boost their confident with 84% percentage and 42 frequency while the 14% can watch and spend their
time only on tiktok.

Chapter 5

Summary, Conclusions, and Recommendations

This chapter summarized the findings of the study and


conclusions based on the results and exhibits recommendations.

Summary of findings
The findings of the study were excerpted on the basis of the analysis and
interpretation of the data from the previous chapter.

1.In table I, 78% of the respondents are STEM and the 22% is divided into ABM and
HUMMS, the ABM have 14% respondents while the 8% is from HUMSS, with total of
100%.
2.Table II summarizes the frequency and percentage of the participants age, Most of
the respondents age is 17 years old with percentage of 56.9% and 35.3%’ is 18 years
old and the remaining 5.9% are 19 years old.

helps them to relieve stress, Theres have 74.5% positive interms of how the tiktok
app helps to relieve stress, and 25.5% have negative respondents.

6. The findings shows that half of the respondents feels that tiktok apps can
help to change their behaivior, 58.8% agree and 41.2% is disagree.

7. This table shows the percentage and frequency of the Respondents in


addiction to app in terms of academic performance, the positive 41.2% with 21
frequency while the half respondents is have negative 30 frequency with 58.8%,
percentage.

of how often they use it even though they feel exhausted, some of respondents
answer, yes with 60.8% percentage and 31 frequency while the others say no,
and only have 39.2% percentage and 20 frequency.

9. In this table shows how the respondents agree, interms of boosting their
Confidents or self esteem to the tiktok app, most of them is positive and agree
that tiktok app can help them to boost their confident with 84% percentage and
42 frequency while the 14% can watch and spend their time only on tiktok.

10. This table shows the percentage and frequency of the respondents in terms
of the app shaping their mind, perspectives, a lot of them have positive react
and answers, total of 86% percentage while the negative have 14%.
