Role and Responsibilities :
 Prepared overall EPC Master Project schedule from FEED, Basic, Detail Design Engineering,
Procurement, installation and Testing & Commissioning cost effective schedule programs aided with
Primavera (P6 Version 18.8 or latest)
 Finalization & Approval of Planning Package, which includes, resources loading based on standard
productivity norms, for multidiscipline discipline (Piping, E&I, civil) as per scope of work, on planning
software tools Primavera (P6).
 Establish WBS (work breakdown structure) for overall project as per scope of work and ensure all scope
has been captured in WBS; subsequently level-4 (detail) schedule will be prepared.
 Establish Progress Measurement system (PMS) based on quantum of work against standard productivity.
 Prepare “S” curve for all discipline and overall, prepare resource histogram as per SOW.
 Prepare Critical path analysis / Variance analysis and highlighting to management about major
concerns in advance.
 Reviews contractual requirements, to ensure that all essential schedule management system must be
adhere.
 Prepare detail presentations and reports reflecting project current condition with forecast, highlight
concerns, potential risk and cost report with Project key stakeholders, and maintain smooth
communication among them.
 Conduct frequent meeting with project team to represent Scheduling cost variance reports against
baseline (EV), Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI).
 Prepare and issue cost report by discussing with Project manager in advance, and track project costing
by issuing forecast cost report throughout all project phases from engineering to final closeout.
 To Issue updated master schedule against bassline regularly, including frequent sharing Two week/four
week look ahead schedule & critical path schedule to project team in order to maintain close
monitoring and control system will be implicated and avoid any delay.
 Prepare detailed hourly basis schedule and very close monitoring and co-ordination for Shutdown
driven projects, experience to handle over 30 different shutdown projects successfully.
 Pre-plan and identify the methods to eliminate hazards daily by work tasks.
 Prepare and conduct lesson learn meeting with all key stakeholders and maintain lesson learn & risk
resister.
 Preparation Revise and Recovery schedule against Baseline Schedule in co-ordination with client &
project team as per contract and monitoring and updating periodically.
 Generating Periodical Progress Reports like Daily Progress Reports and Weekly/monthly look ahead
schedule.
 Preparation and maintaining Progress Measurement System and Progress "S" Curve for progress
monitoring.
 Preparation of project control procedures for planning & Scheduling, Monitoring and reporting (Daily,

 Preparation of week/ month Look-ahead schedule and daily/ weekly/monthly progress reports for
