ca Seller Performance Team,

Before you read my action plan, please evaluate what I have written

-accept responsibility for all the products we list and list

I enjoy selling on Amazon. Partnering with Amazon is really good. I always trust Amazon and
follow its policies.

I regretfully learned that my seller account was suspended. Selling on Amazon is a really nice
thing. My account has been suspended for pricing issues.

1) What was the reason that caused that led to this issue

b. Inventory Management

I switched to an automation system connected to MWS.

( sellerrunning) Thiss software strongly helps

sellers like me to check the inventory, update prices, upload and delete products . We just
switched to this software. Increase and decrease in pricing may have occurred during the
transition period. I think my account has been suspended due to this.

After I switched to the software, I continued to serve Amazon customers extensively and had
no problems. I have always prioritized customer satisfaction. We kept our prices at the
lowest levels.

I want to continue selling on Amazon. Departments required for software were warned and
re-trained. People who have more experience in pricing have started to work with us. After
Amazon's warning, we will make progress about pricing much more carefully. I think we offer
the lowest price and best service. I am looking forward to selling again.

2. Steps we have taken to resolve this issue.

A. Automation Training Management

I will personally train my team.I will show the Seller Account dashboard all over again so they
can use
it consciously .I will also make sure that employees hand over their notes in the CA end of
the work

hours. I will manage daily meetings to ask questions so I can see the general knowledge level
of my

team.I will let them watch The traming videos of the software once a week .we take pricing
training for the software. we provide fair and cheapest prices.

using of the software and I am aware of it. So I searched the internet for some useful videos

3. How we will prevent this issue in the future?

A- I will never do the 4 items listed below. I will give information to my teammates about 4
items.

1-Setting a reference price on a product or service that misleads customers;

2-Setting a price on a product or service that is significantly higher than recent prices offered
on or off Amazon; or

3-Selling multiple units of a product for more per unit than that of a single unit of the same
product.

4-Setting a shipping fee on a product that is excessive. Amazon considers current public
carrier rates, reasonable handling charges, as well as buyer perception when determining
whether a shipping price violated our fair pricing policy.

I will help them to learn the process from receiving an order to sending the order to the
customer. I

will help them to understand the manuel checks of a product .During the time suspension
we learned

that we must check the products manually before we send it to the customers

----Automate Pricing---
We will use Amazon Automate Pricing, we will be the lowest seller of all products. We will
remove products with a price difference of more than 5% from the lowest from the
inventory. We will read the policies and take software training.

All the products, one by one, my teammates will check the price every hour with the
software. *

- We did not sell the product(B07T5XD5M9) Amazon asked us for the invoice. We can not
send you the invoice for this.

- I only have one warehouse in the United States.

I rented it to sell on Amazon. I present the contract I made with this warehouse

- We pay attention to the Amazon seller code of conduct and we follow this Seller code of
conduct. As an indication that we comply with Amazon's Fair pricing policy and Sales policies
and Seller codes of conduct, I have provided you with the indication of the store feedback
section and the account health section of my store in the appendix.
