Mixing and Application

1. Add alccobond to clean potable water (13 –

15% of powder) in the mixing pot
2. Mix Manually or mechanically until
homogeneous paste is obtained
3. Allow to stand for few Mins for polymer
additives to dissolve then remix again
4. Apply with firm and uniform pressure to
required thickness

Precautions

1. Add powder to water and not water to

Powderto prevent agglomeration.
2. Do not mix excessively , use material
immediately after mixing
3. Let the product set properly on the surface.

Packaging & Storage Life

alccobond is available in 40 kg bag and has a shelf

life of 6 months from the date of manufacturing if
stored in unopened original packing, under shade
in dry and moisture free conditions

The use of dust masks, safety goggles, and gloves
is recommended

Mixing and Application Safety

1. Mix alccobond (TB) mortar (mechanical mixer The use of dust masks, safety goggles, and
