I am reaching out in response to my appeal to provide more information on our alleged Drop Shipping Policy

Root cause(s) that led to the Drop Shipping Policy violations.

Our account is at Deactivate due to risk of suspension due to Amazon’s Drop Shipping policy violation . One, one of
our new employeesemployee sent an ordersent order to athe customer who boughtcustomer bought from Amazon
Business Prime which is clearly prohibited under Amazon’s Drop Shipping policy.

Our new employee was not aware that he was violatingis violating Drop Shipping policy. Upon investigation, our
concerned employee informed us that we ran out of stock of a fewstock few products. So he Drop Shipped from
Amazon Business prime to deliver productsproduct to the customer on time and keep customerscustomer happy and
satisfied.

We understand, we should fulfill orders directly from our store and using our own packing with our own store name.
We regret that due to our employee’s unawareness, we unintentionally violateviolated Amazon’s Drop Shipping
policy and working hard to prevent such violations happened in the future.

Actions you have taken to resolve the Drop Shipping Policy violations.

We have implemented the followingimplemented following steps to prevent Drop Shipping Policy violations in the
future.

We have started staff training, and providedprovided them with materialthem material fr om the Dropof Drop

We have strictly instructed our employees not to DropshipDrop Ship from Amazon Business Prime or any other
vendor.
We have ordered in bulk quantities of our products to putputting certain inventory at reserve, so we could not get out
of stock.

Steps you have taken to prevent future Drop Shipping Policy violations.
We are working to implement a newimplement new inventory application (QuickBooks) to track and efficiently
manage inventory stock. So in the future we would not run out of stock and keep inventory level at a certain
at certain
level. This inventory management application would provide us visibility of inventory level at real time. And
if inventory level is dropping we would update our Amazon Seller Central account accordingly.

We accept that mistake is at our end and going forward we would make sure not to Drop Ship items from any third-
party vendors including Amazon business prime. I assure you we would fulfill orders directly from our warehouse to
our valued customer with tracked delivery service.

Our employees are now well aware about Amazon Drop Shipping policy and would strictly follow Amazon Drop
Shipping policy guidelines.
