19, with many seeking quiet, safe, and outdoor activities. Homestays, often found in
rural, mountainous, sea, or island areas, offer fresh air, beautiful nature, and
privacy. As Vietnam's tourism recovers, homestay business is a promising start-up
project. However, entrepreneurs need a detailed, innovative business plan to
succeed. Therefore, our team chose the topic "Homestay business startup project" as
a topic of discussion and research.

past few years. According to AirDNA's latest report, the homestay business in
Vietnam generated revenue of about 130 million USD in 2020 and continues to
grow at a high rate.

Therefore, homestay business is becoming a potential field for people with little
capital, locals and working people to make profits.

Service: Homestay rental

Sublease whole houses in suburban and suburban areas of Hanoi (Hoang Mai, Ha
Dong, Soc Son), renovate and decorate into Homestay for rent. Each room will be
decorated in its own style to make a difference. Tenants will be checked-in/check-
