IMPORTANT REGISTRATION NOTES:
1. All 2022 fees must be settled in full
2. Payment Option 1:
3.1. 100% total tuition fee for the academic year plus registration fee of N$2 345 will be
the fee payable for one to register.
3. Payment Option 2:
STUDENT FEES
3.1 50% deposit on tuition fees for the academic year of study plus registration fee of
N$2 345.00 will be equal to the minimum required fee payable for one to register.
3.2 Remaining 50% paid according to the following payment terms:
- 50% of tuition by end of April 2023
- 75% of tuition by end of June 2023
- 100% of tuition by end of October 2023
4. Payment Option 3
4.1 35% deposit on total tuition fees for the academic year of study plus registration fee
of N$2 345.00 will be equal to the minimum required fee payable for one to register.
4.2 Remaining 65% paid according to the following payment terms:

5.1 10% deposit on tuition fees for the academic year plus registration fee ofN$2 345.00
will be equal to the minimum required fee payable for one to register.
5.2 This option has a compulsory debit order and it is for students who are in good
standing with the NBS and UNAM.
5.3 The remaining 90% of the tuition fees is to be paid in 11 equal instalments.
5.4 The debit order will be from February 2023 to December 2023.
NB: If you have a credit balance on your account from last year this can be
used as part-payment for the required deposit.

1. If a student is registering less than a full number of courses in a semester, the

deposit payable on tuition is to be 100% of the course/s registered for.
2. Where students need clarity, they are encouraged make to financial enquiries
prior to registration.
3. Outstanding balances of previous years should be settled in full, before
registration.
4. Students, who settle their Tuition Fees before the end of 31 March 2023 qualify
for a 3% discount on Tuition Fees (excl. sponsorships). This is applicable to
first year students only!
5. In order to be exempted from paying the required deposit, bursary holders
need to provide written proof of sponsorship / bursary from the Donor. It’s
important to note that should sponsors not honour payments on time, the
student becomes responsible for the outstanding fees. Due to the high number
of fraudulent sponsorship letters received in the past, ALL such letters will be
verified before registration (excl. letter from close corporations).
6. Connectivity Fees are compulsory and charged once off, paid to obtain internet
access for the year via TN mobile (Telecom Namibia).
7. A Late Registration Fee of N$600.00 is payable by all students who register
after normal registration.
8. Direct bank deposits and electronic transfers (EFT) should be done at least
three (3) working days before the registration date.
9. Payments at the School’s cashier, will reflect immediately.
