ABSTRACT
Online Website are playing an important role in our day to

day life from online shopping ,Online banking etc... which is
saving time and helping ineffective management of
resources. In this project PHP based Web application is
designed, which as features for Saratha Electrical Works
(Industrial equipment manufacturing company).Checking
the availability of a equipment Services and then select
specific Equipment's for the specific Function.Specialization
of Manufacturer and a form is shown to the Client in the
Contact Section.Client will contacting via filling the form
based on Requirements and Services.
Manufacturer Contact the Client . Updates are sent from
the Manufacturer
according to the clients message along with details . The
project is designed with Two modules Client and
Manufacturer. Entire data is managed in a centralized
database using the MySQL database.

CHAPTER 1 INTRODUCTION
As technology advances internet is becoming ever popular.

Website has become an essential part. Often website of an
Company is used as major requirements to rate it.Thus having
a website is essential for any major organization. As one of
the Company of a Leading Industrial Equipment
Manufacturing Company in Chennai, needs to have a useful
and stunning website to showcase their Products and use as a
medium to interact with Clients, Business investors and
others. On this project we will develop a Website for the
Saratha Electrical Works (Industrial Equipments
Manufacturing Company). To specify their services and
specialization of Industrial Equipments and its Use in our day
to day life.Through this Website the Manufacturer and Client
get a easy understanding about the Company and the
Products and It also acts as a portal to contact the
manufacturer Directly.Overall a useful website can be really
helpful for the Company.
1.1 GOAL OF STUDY
There is a gap between the Manufacturer and the

Client. Through this Website Client can easily able to
contact the manufacturer and client can able to
express the views and can able to get the exact
machine what the client needs.This also Increases the
Profit Margin of the company and increases the
Sales.It Improves interaction with existing and
potential customers .It also increases the trust
Between the client and the manufacturer .It is also
used to Build a Brand

CHAPTER 2 REVIEW OF PROJECT
As mentioned earlier, the ‘Buisness Development Website

For a Industrial Equipments Manufacturing Company’ is the
first of its kind. There are no exact technical papers
published on this topic. However, there were few technical
papers related to this topic which gave us some ideas.
1.Ethan Marcotte first published Responsive Web Design in

2011
Through this Book we got an idea Similar to an Ecommerce
website design . The only difference was that it
contained all the information related to the Products and
its use .
2.Complete design document of database design for a Query

Management System was published by logesh prabu
(published on May 12, 2011 at Slideshare) This report was
database related. It covered all the information related to a
customer queries.
3. E-COMMERCE SITE IN PHP paper was published in code-

projects.org . This technical paper was about a project which
was like an interactive system for the Client and the
Manufacturer. The clients could see their requirements and
can able to choose & the order the equipment needed. These
include a debugger, libraries, documentation, sample code,
and tutorials.

front-end and the back-end at the site.

protocol for transmitting hypermedia documents, such as
HTML. It was designed for communication between web
browsers and web servers.
CSS: Cascading Style Sheets is a style sheet Used for front end
Desighn purpose.
Brackets : Brackets is a source code editor with a primary

focus on web development. Created by Adobe Systems
Bootstrap: It is a free and open-source CSS framework

directed at responsive, mobile-first front-end web
development
Java Script: It is a lightweight, interpreted most well-known as

the scripting language for Web pages

Here the data is feedback of the client.Its got from the

Customers and Clients form.These data are got from
the website forms.
These datas are stored as a Table in the MySql

Database.These datas further processed by the
Manufacturer according to the requirements

PROCESS
These data's are stored in the MySql Database.As

a a data Table.These data table are further Used
by Manufacturer to Improve his services in
various things.
For Example:
If a Client telling to improve his website UI design
so manufacturer tries to improve it and satisfy
his Clients and through this manufacturer can
also able to contact the client by the email id
.This also used get direct contact with client and
manufacturer.

CHAPTER 7
DISCUSSION & CONCLUSSION
This system, being the first We have created For Industrial

Manufacturing company , has proven more difficult than originally
imagined. While it may sound simple to fill out a few forms and
process the information, much more is involved in the Query
of Client . Every time progress was made and features were
added, ideas for additional features or methods to improve the
usability of the Website made themselves apparent. Furthermore,
adding one feature meant that another required feature was now
possible, and balancing completing these required features with
the ideas for improvement as well as remembering everything
that had to be done by project requirements in itself.
Debugging can sometimes be a relatively straight forward process,

or rather finding out what you must debug can be. Since so many
parts of the feedback system are integrated into one another, if
an error occurs on one field , it may be a display error, for
example; it may be the information is not correctly written ; or
even that the information is not correctly stored in the database
initially, and all three must be checked on each occasion. This
slows down the process and can be frustrating if the apparent
cause of a problem is not obvious at first.

CHAPTER 8 FUTURE ENHANCEMENT
The future scope of this project is very broad Few of them are:
24/7 customer Support can be given.
Response time can be increased.
UI and Graphics of Website can be improved more as attractive
to the Clients.
This can be accessed anytime anywhere, since it is a web
application provided only an internet connection.
It can be Improved as a E-commerce with a huge features of
Add Cart,Buy Now,Cash on Delivery Etc..
