ADITHYA - L1 Mission Report

On 2 September 2023, with huge proud all students with their faculties examined the live launch of Adithya - L1
at Seminar Hall. The first Indian space-based observatory-class solar mission to unlock the mysteries of the Sun.
This journey not only explores unprecedented details about Sun but also safeguards us against harmful effects
from adverse space weather conditions. A huge round of applause was given by all the students and faculties to
all the scientists who worked really hard to a successful launch of Adithya L1. The event was successfully
conducted under the guidance of Dr. Lokesh K S, Staff Coordinator of AMARA and Ramakrishna N Hegde,
Head of the Department and Dr. Shrinivasa Mayya.D, Principal, Srinivas Institute of technology, Mangalore.
