Responsibilities:

 Working on various issues on business processes of SD as per the agreed SLA.

 Involved in support activities in SAP production environment and resolving the operational issues faced by the

 Configured Sales document types item categories and schedule line categories
 Configured Credit Management.
 Configure Third Party processes, Consignment Processes, and other processes (Credit Memo/Debit Memo).
