MAIN FEATURES AND BENEFITS

New track links are manufactured with special boron

steel, quenched, tempered and stress relieved. The new track
link pin boss is specifically designed to receive the new pin
retention system.
The track link rail is deep induction hardened to optimize
wear performance in any environment and working condition.
This heat treatment is specifically studied to significantly
reduce the scalloping phenomenon on the track link.

New Pin Retention System is specifically designed for

mining and heavy duty applications. The form and the design of
the new retaining ring virtually eliminates pin-link movement
and also increases the joint sealability in applications where
end-play growth can exceed the capacity of the seal.

New generation track assembly for big excavators with

higher mobility. The gap between pin & bushing is filled with
grease and the lifetime lubrication is guaranteed by use of seal
groups used in dozer chains.
Benefits :
• No pitch extension
• Less noise

Track shoes are produced with special cast steel, mass

heat treated and stress relieved for maximun structural life in
any working conditions.
An integrated “Trapezoidal”design mud hole is provided to
reduce accumulation of material on the track chain.

The roller shell is made from special boron steel and

quenched and tempered plus induction hardened to increase
robustness, guarantee high resistance and optimize wear
performance in any environment.
The roller shaft is induction hardened, made with high
quality surface finishing to resist heavy radial and axial loads
and to guarantee an adequate internal oil lubrication.

 The upper roller shells are differential quenched to increase
the roller wear life, strengthness and durability.

The roller shaft is induction hardened, made with high

quality surface finishing, to resist heavy radial and axial loads
and to guarantee an adequate internal oil lubrication.

The new sprocket is quenched and tempered plus induction

hardened to obtain high resistance and, in the meantime,
significantly improve wear performances in any environment.

Idler wheel is made from special cast steel, with induction

hardened idler rim to increase robustness and optimize wear
performance.
