In Eastern civilization, they are more social in the ethics are based on honor and shame and

In Eastern civilization like (the Indian) paying respect to parents/elders by touching their
feet.
In Western civilization, they are Christianity, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.

In Eastern civilization, their people are more indirect and avoid conflict, and more social
harmony, in education achievement is linked to hard work

Differences
-Western religions are monotheistic where their teachings are transmitted through prophets.
-Eastern religions are more about connecting the soul and spirit through meditation and

civilization, the focus may be more on the present life and how to live it in a just and
virtuous manner.

--In the West, women have had more opportunities to enter the workforce and have
professional careers.
-In some Eastern societies, women's clothing is more covered, while in most Western
societies, women dress more openly and with less "covering."
- In many Eastern societies, religion is an important part of daily life and can play an
important role in women's lives.
