GRAMMAR  1-Warm up: teacher starts his class checking the language wrap -up from
VOCABULARY the previous unit. Page 88.then he writes on the board some questions
PRONUNCIATION about the new unit .what can we do to protect our environment? Saturday 1
LISTENING  2-Vocabulary activity 1:Teacher ask Ss about how is the weather in winter and
SPEAKING and summer in our country? Then SS will match pictures to sentences.
READING COMPREHENSION Finally SS will describe the current weather . Saturday 2
WRITING  3-Vocabulary activity 2:Teacher asks Ss what words do they know about
the nature. he writes them on the board. Then Ss will match pictures to
definitions. Finally Ss will describe the geography a natural place they have
visited.
 4-Grammar focus 1:presentation:Teacher introduces modals of possibility
through a e-mail. He explains the function .and provides new written
examples using a digital index card by what app .practice: Ss will complete
sentences using the modals. production: Ss will use some given expressions
and modals to express some personal activities.
 5-Grammar focus 2:presentation:Teacher introduces will and be going to in
a conversation, he explains the function and provides new examples using an
index card by what app. practice: SS will complete sentences with the correct
form of will and be going to .production: Ss will talk about their future
activities using the grammar.
 6-Listening task: pre :Teacher asks Ss how is the weather in the the south
of Nicaragua? What do you know about it? during: SS will listen to a weather
forecast and they will look for details and answer true and false sentences.
Post. Tand SS check the answers .page 95.
 7-Reading practice: pre.Before reading , Ss will read sentences and they
will answer true and false .during: they will read an article about climate
change. Teacher corrects pronunciation and clarifies new words. then Ss will
look at underlined words and they will choose the correct answer. Also they
will find and circle those words and phrases at the context where they
appear and they will choose the correct meaning. post.Teacher and SS check
the answers.
8- Speaking activity:( find out)Ss are given a worksheet called you do, don’t
you .they will work in pairs asking and answering questions about different
topics .act 1b.American inside out.

REINFORCEMENT / HOMEWORK
 Ss will work on the language wrap up.page 98. Teacher checks the most
important exercises from the workbook units 7-8 and 9( second Saturday)

ASSESSMENT / EVALUATION FOR THIS UNIT


Quiz 1
Test 1 Ss will take their quiz units 7-8 ( first Saturday). Also they will take a listening quiz.( skill test
Oral Presentation unit 7). Besides they will assessed in class participation.
