P2 (2): The main reason for feeling tired is academics, as there is a lot of work to be done.
P9 (2): Feeling exhausted due to the heavy workload of school assignments, especially during midterms
and finals.
P2 (3): Being an irregular student contributes to feeling tired, possibly due to the challenges of managing
a non-traditional academic schedule.
P8 (3): Waking up already feeling tired, anticipating the numerous tasks and responsibilities ahead.
P9 (3): Even when not actively engaged in tasks, feeling fatigued due to the mental strain of constantly
thinking about academic and other matters.
P9 (4): Exhaustion stemming from a high volume of schoolwork and the need to focus on academic
responsibilities at both school and home.

Subtheme 2: Experiecing Physical and Mental Exhaustion

example dahil nagtuturo na kami, kapag lang may chat yung teacher sa messenger ganon, yung
CT namin may mga concern yung mga estudyante ganon. Pero yung mag-scroll-scroll sa
maghapon sa Facebook, hindi."

sarili kong opinion nag b-base lang ako sa opinion ng iba."

sa Facebook parang gusto ko nalang mag post mag rant ganito ganyan tapos may tendency na
nakaka affect sya ng mental health mo kapag nakakabasa ka nang hindi maganda or ah negative

P3: "hindi naman nakaka epekto sa decision making ko kasi ano namna ako eh, it is ano eh part
ng buhay ko talaga sir yung ano eh laking gladys critical thinking ba, pag iisip ng tatlo beses
apat na beses sabi nga think before you click."
P8: "Sa desisyon, yung iba naaapektuhan, yung iba hindi kasi may mga sari-sarili tayong
desisyon na kung saan kahit social media hindi tayo madidiktahan."
