Note: Your rate of pay is determined by the position
equivalency and the job code of the position offered.
If in the future, you move to another position
(whether voluntarily or involuntarily), the new rate of
pay will be determined by the position equivalency
and job code of the new position, overnight
differentials and market differentials are determined
by job code, and therefore will be added or removed
from the total rate of pay when applicable. Seasonal
differential amount will be removed from base pay at
the end of the time period, if an associate moves to
an ineligible position or location, or as business
needs dictate.

The rate of pay provided has been calculated in


accordance with the Field Hourly Associate Pay Plan
in effect at the time this Job Offer was created. The
Field Hourly Associate Pay Plan is subject to revision
at any time. Therefore, rate of pay may be modified
prior to the effective day of this Job Offer. Refer to
the Field Hourly Associate Pay Plan on the WIRE for
additional information regarding rate of pay.

Federal law requires that you present


documentation that establishes your identity and
legal right to work in the U.S. You should bring this
documentation with you to training on your first day
of employment. If you are unable to present the
appropriate documents within three days of
employment, Walmart Inc. will be required to
terminate your employment. Because this is federal
law, no exceptions to this requirement are permitted.

This offer is contingent upon successful completion


of drug screen (for certain safety sensitive positions)
and a multiphased background screening. If a drug
test is required, you will be contacted by a Walmart
representative with instructions for the drug screen
and must then complete it within twenty-four (24)
hours of being asked to do so. Failure to comply will
void this offer and you will not be eligible for
employment with Walmart Inc. for a minimum of one
year.

You will be contacted to attend Orientation upon


successful completion of drug screen, pre-
employment background check, and any other
pre-employment requirement, when applicable.
After Orientation, you may be subject to
additional background check screening which
may impact continued employment.

State Issued Certificate of Eligibility to Handle or


Sell Ammunition:
In states where a Certificate of Eligibility to handle or
sell ammunition is required by law, you agree to
either 1) provide your current state issued
Certificate, OR 2) make application for such
Certificate within the first 48 hours of accepting the
offer.

Your continued employment is contingent upon


successfully completing the training process
required for your role.

If you previously have been employed by Walmart


Inc., in any capacity, your rehire status with the
Company must be confirmed as eligible for rehire.

This offer is conditioned upon your agreement to


accept the position. Neither the offer of this position
nor the job description relating to this position
create an express or implied contract of
employment or any other contractual commitment.
Your employment relationship with Walmart Inc. is
on an at-will basis, which means that either you or
Walmart Inc. may terminate the employment
relationship at any time for any or no reason,
consistent with applicable law.
