Actually, everyone faced with this problem at school and it is almost impossible not to nervous
before the exams. But, you can minimize it and I have some tips for you.
Firstly, you should make a plan. It will help you to structure preparation. If you have difficulty
with understanding some topics, it is a good idea to have additional classes with a private tutor.
Secondly, keeping yourself fit might help you to avoid stress as well. If you want to distract from
studying for a little, there are some good things to do, like going to a gym, running or jogging.
Well, you know that food may also effect on your condition. Junk and fatty food will make you
even more nervous. Therefore, to be fit and healthy chose the proper diet with healthy food.
