The midis/ files contained in this specific folder are my original copyrighted compostions.

Any production must ALWAYS credit me (prod. ___ & springs!).

These midis are NOT royalty-free.

BEATSTARS: For selling leases online for music using my compositions, these samples are
not royalty free. Please add me as a collaborator "springs" for 50% (profit share and
publishing percent)
or if it is a collab add me "springs" + name of the collaborator for 25% + 25% (profit share
and publishing percent)

MAJOR PLACEMENTS: For music that is placed with a major artist or a major label, the
samples are REQUIRED to be cleared by contacting me directly.

INSTAGRAM: If you post your beats on instagram with any of my samples you must tag me
(@prod.springs) on your post.

If a record is placed using the sample(s), the publishing rights and masters (royalties) will be
split EQUALLY with springs! & producer(s) involved on the record and credit must be issued
to springs!

If a Non Major/Major Label or independant artist offers an advance or flat-fee for the
production which uses the sample(s), an equal split must be given to springs!

You cannot resample or flip this loop in any way and send out without the written consent of
springs!

All contents in this folder are owned by springs!

By downloading this material you agree to not in any way disclose this material to any third
parties without the consent of springs!. springs! owns 100% rights to all midis sent with this
message.

Any unauthorized use of works included is subject to legal action.
