LINE DRAWING-2
AIM
To draw the given line using Relative Polar Co-ordinate system, and Direct distance
Entry.
SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS
AutoCAD 2015 or latest.
COMMANDS USED
Unit, Limit, Zoom All, Line, Save, Ortho etc.
PROCEDURE
1. Start the AutoCAD program from the start and then AutoCAD shows a start-up
window. We can start a new drawing from File menu> New.
2. Make sure dynamic input is set to 3.
3. The command LIMITS helps to fix the drawing area we need. The Drawing Limits can
access from Format menu.
Command: Limits
Menu > Format> Drawing Limits
4. The units and its precision can fix with option. The command UNITS or the Format
menu > Units will display a unit window. We can change the settings that affect the
whole drawing from any time.
Command : Units Menu > Format > Units
5. Complete the drawings using the line commands as follows. Save the drawing with a
file name and submit the drawing for inspection.
6. In direct distance entry use Orthomode (F8) and show direction with mouse for 0
and 90 degree angles.

RESULT
The given diagram is completed using AutoCAD 2015.
