Minutes of Meeting
A meeting. of the Executive Committee of PCC was held at the Club House on Friday 28 th, 2023 at
1300hrs.

Present-

Mr. John Knox (Chairman) Mr. Frank Ramjohn,

Miss Shelly Ramesssar Mrs. Seeram Singh,
Mrs. Ann Gopaul Mrs. Wendy Ramlal (Sec)

Apologies for Absence- The sec. informed officers that Mrs. Angela Lall Action
could not attend because she was out of the country on bus.

Minutes of Last Meeting- After the minuets of the last meeting

held on 12th December, 2022 were read, Miss Remessar moved that
they be adopted as correct. They were seconded by Mrs. Gopaul.

Matters Arising from the Minutes- There were no matters

arising from the minutes.

Correspondence- The secretary reported that MR. Armagon

had granted permission to use his play field for the Annual Sports
Meeting.

Sports Day- A sub-committee was formed to plan a programme and WR, FR, SS, AL
handle preliminary arrangement- W Ramlal, F Ramjohn, S Singh and
A Lall.

Subscriptions- It was agreed to increase the subscriptions from $10.00

to $20.00.

Any Other Business-The chairperson promised to discuss the cost and JK

arrangements for the tor to Surinam with B’s Travel Agency.

Date of Next Meeting- The date of the next meeting was set
for the first Friday of May, 2023. The chairperson declared the
business of the meeting closed at 1400 hours.
