 Tell me about yourself - Good day I am Naida Marie Urias from Parañaque City fresh graduate

from Rizal Technological University under Bachelor of Science Major in Office


Administration. I do have experience in legal field of work since I’m working in a Law Office
at Mandaluyong City and I spent my 6 months there working in a various types of work. I am
known for my strong analytical skills, which have helped me to use in a various type of cases. I
am also a team player and have collaborated effectively with Senior Paralegal Assistant there,
to achieve our firm goals. During my time there, I managed to help with several successful
cases to be done on time and I am excited about the opportunity to bring my expertise and
dedication to the legal team while gaining a new knowledge and responsibilities with the help
of the professionals.

 Why are you suddenly leaving your current job for this opportunity - I have great respect for my
current employer and the experiences that I’ve gained during my time there. However, I
believe that the time has come for me to explore new challenges and opportunities to a bigger
responsibility to a large firm or company. I am enthusiastic about this opportunity because first
/ it is more near in Parañaque City, second / have a lot of benefits and do offer a health and life
insurance which I believe will enable me to continue growing and contributing at a higher
level.

 How do you manage your time effectively - I’m actually like an employee who does work a
different types of administrative stuff because I sometimes get an order from our Senior
Paralegal Assistant, with our Accounting Manager, and to our Attorney so sometimes it gets
me overwhelmed with the work and doesn’t know where to start but I always finish it on the
right time because I prioritize those task based on deadlines and importance, l always have my
notebook beside me always to note there the things that I should do first and the things that are
not really too important for that day. This helps me adapt to changing demands and ensures I
stay on track.

 What are the things that you’d usually do to your office - the things that I usually do in our office
is to edit, transcribe, minutes of the meeting, double checking of some important letters like
Judicial Affidavit, Motion for Reconsideration and many more. I am also tasked to maintain
and keep track of our incoming letters to know is there is something that our lawyers should
know like reset hearings, hearings, days to count to know what date we should pass this letter.
