 ADMIN

• This module focuses on both donors & patients, each member in a donor &
patient is given a user id and password.
• The member is given login form, he/she enter the login details user id and
password.
• The option given to administration in the interface are changes password
,maintain donors details ,maintain patients details ,update donor details
update patient details, logout.
 DONOR
• Each member in a donor is given a user id and password , which identifies
him uniquely . The member is given a login form. He/she enter the login
details user id and password.
• The option given to a member in a staff area.
• Change password, find a blood group , appointment for donating blood ,
logout.
ACCEPTOR

• Description about the acceptors the accepters are given options in the interface.
• To Change password find a blood group, who needs blood ,logout , accepters the one
who needs blood for someone related with him
 PATIENTS

• In case of emergency like rare blood group can request for the blood.
• This module given information like patient’s name, patients blood group,
required date and their contact information.
• The type of blood needs as per the health condition patient.
• Since this is critical phase where the donated blood spilt up into different
blood where should be suitable for the patient.
 SYSTEM DATA BASE

• Stores all the details about the donor, acceptor and patients information there will
be and option for updating the personal information by users.
• This for tracking and managing information.

TRACKING DONOR DETAILS

• if the person wants blood immediately they can register to our website.
• If they are already of our website they can login directly.
• The donor details are stored in the website according to the blood groups.
• They can check within the areas to them and can contact to the donors.
 Uml diagrams

Use case diagram : is a simplest representation of a user’s interaction with the system .
 Activity diagrams

• Activity diagram are graphical representation of workflow of stepwise activity

and action with support for choice , iteration and concurrency.

• Process of activity diagram is same as state diagram ,there are mainly two
difference;

First: in this diagram condition is checked using rectangle.

Second: synchronized bar which use to spilt and merge activity/state of

diagram
