Directions:
The Wheel of Life is an exercise to help you assess your satisfaction with
the various areas in your life. For each sector on the chart, rank yourself
on a scale of 1 to 10. For example, if you feel good about your health, you
may give yourself an “8”. You would then shade up into the number 8 of
the health portion.

Evaluation:
When completed, the Wheel of Life can show you how your life currently
matches how you want it to be. It can also clarify what you want to work
on during your personal development journey.
