Vendor's quotation may be subject to rejection unless it includes a list which shows specifications attached hereto,

In case that vendor have deviation, the deviation shall be placed on the provided blank form of engineering
specification and submitted together with vendor's quotation.
8 Documents required after purchase order
8.1 General
8.1.1 All of documents and drawings shall state the name of Client (end user), Job No. and Req. No.

date') specified in the Special Conditions for Vendor's Document Submittal, as attached herewith.

9 Inspection and tests
Inspection and tests shall be made by Vendor in accordance with the requirement specification as follows and /or

Co-ordination meeting
After the purchase order is awarded, Vendor shall at his cost be obligated to disparch his proper personnel as
specified in the vendor proposed organization chart to Purchaser 's Office, upon receipt of Purchaser's notice, to
hold the co-ordination meetings according to the following tentative schedule.
The first : Within on request week ( s ) after the order, for on request day (s)
The second : Within on request month ( s ) after the order, for on request day (s)
The third : Within on request month ( s ) after the order, for on request day (s)
11 Warrantee and Guarantee
11.1 Guarantee
Vendor shall guarantee of their supplied equipment, materials and related hard and software to meet the requirements
described in the Purchase order documents including performance and mechanical properties.
11.2 Warranty
Vender shall have warranty for their supplied equipment, materials and related hard and software as follows;
Warranty period : Twelve (12) months after the Provisional Acceptance Certificate.
In case of any proven defect originating with the design, material or workmanship, Vendor shall bear on its own account
for all expense arise from repair or replacement as requested by Purchaser to permit the equipment to perform in accordance
with the Purchaser’s specifications.
Should the Equipment or any parts thereof be repaired or replaced to fulfill the foregoing warranty, Vendor shall renew
the warranty period of that repaired or replaced parts, which is twelve (12) months from the complete repaired or replacing
and accepted by Purchaser after appropriate tests to agree upon.
12.Liquidated Damages
All liquidated damages are applicable on the total price of the Purchase Order including amendments.
- For Documents required after purchase order (PO)

Document delay shall imposed at the rate of 0.1% of Purchase Order amount for each date of delay,
up to maximum of 10% of the total Purchase Order amount.
- For Equipment and Material

Equipment delay shall imposed at the rate of 0.1% of the Purchase Order amount for each date of delay,
up to maximum of 10% of the total Purchase Order amount.
13.General Marking and Packing Instruction
Packing shall be performed according to our “General Packing and Marking Instruction Standard”, which attach in this Requisition
Manufacturer’s standard packing can also be considered for economical reason, but should be approved by Purchaser / TTCL.
Spare parts shall be packed separatel.

1. GENERAL
This data sheet covers the requirement for design and construction of power and control
cables which are installed in Sustainable Fuel Development Project SFP (Sustainable
Aviation Fuel Unit, SAFU) at Bangchak Refinery, Bangkok, Thailand.
2. PROJECT SPECIFICATION
This document stipulates supplemental requirements to the following project specifications
(Referred as SPECIFICATION here after).
2.1 Electrical Standard Doc. No. 70A1

3. SERVICE CONDITION
3.1 AMBIENT CONDITIONS
The design basis of electrical equipment materials shall be referred to

Specification for Basic Engineering Design Data, Doc. No.01A1.
3.2 UNIT
Unless otherwise specified metric unit (SI) system shall be used for all drawings
and document to be submitted by vendor.
4. SCOPE OF WORK AND SUPPLY
4.1 VENDOR S SCOPE

Vendor shall provide the following equipment and materials but not be limited to them.
1) The cables shall be complete, ready for installation, with all components
furnished unless specifically excluded herein.
2) Engineering documents / drawings in both hard and soft copy as specified in
requisition.
3) Inspection and test at shop in accordance with the applicable codes and
standard.
4) Transportation to site.

4.2 OUT OF VENDOR S SCOPE
shall submit the technical data and documents necessary for execution of the
supply.
1) Power and control cables cabling, installation and termination.

2) Cable schedule.
5. REQUIREMENTS FOR POWER AND CONTROL CABLE

The additional requirements from Specification shall be follow;
5.1 CABLE CONSTRUCTION

5.1.1 Type of electrical cables
Type and construction of electrical cable shall be referred to Data Sheet for
Power, Control and Communication signal cables, Attachment-1.
5.1.2 Conductor
Electrical cables shall be solid or stranded copper conductors.
5.1.3 Protective (ground) conductor

Where specified, the cables shall have a protective conductor which is made of
stranded copper. The cross-sectional area of the protective conductor shall not
less than the appropriate value below, according to IEC 60364-5-54; table 54F.

5.2 COLOR OF OUTER SHEATH
- The color of outer sheath of Power and Control Cables shall be referred to
Specification for Power & Control Cable Specification, Doc. No.70A2.
- The color of outer sheath of Fiber Optic cable, Coaxial cable shall be of
manufacture standard
5.3 THE INDIVIDUAL CORE OF POWER CABLE SHALL BE IDENTIFIED BY BELOW

DIFFERENT COLORING OF THE SURFACE OF THE INSULATION OR BY
COLOR STRIP. EACH CONTROL CABLE CORE SHALL BE IDENTIFIED BY
NUMBERING.
5.3.1 Power and Control cable shall be referred to Specification for

Power & Control Cable Specification, Doc. No.70A2.
5.3.2 Earthing cable shall be single core and identified by Green/Yellow color.
5.3.3 Control and Communication signal cable Individual cores shall be identified
by number 1, 2, ----- printed on the core insulation by white color at
adequate intervals 1 meter maximum throughout the length of the cables.
5.4 CABLE AND DRUM MARKING

The Marking of electrical cable and Cable drum shall be referred to Specification for
Power & Control Cable Specification, Doc. No.70A2., No.4.2.1., 4.2.2. Page 5.
5.5 PACKING
The Packing of electrical cable and cable drum shall be referred to Specification for
Power & Control Cable Specification, Doc. No.70A2., No. 4.4. Page 9.
