BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES - DUMAGUETE CITY BRANCH AND BANK ACCOUNT NO. 000292-0117-

WHEREAS, the term of office of the erstwhile incumbents who were previously designated as authorized
signatories of its transaction with depository bank expired on noon of November 30, 2023.

WHEREAS, Ms. Rosita M. Catubig was duly appointed Barangay Treasurer of Barangay Poblacion IV,
Tanjay City;

NOW, Therefore, on motion of Hon. Cristito F. Ortiz. duly seconded by Hon. Roem R. Lampawog, the
body;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved unanimously, to designate as it is hereby designated the re-elected

Punong Barangay ALBERTO T. SAGA and the re-appointed Barangay Treasurer ROSITA M. CATUBIG of
Barangay Poblacion IV, Tanjay City as the authorized signatories of the Land Bank of the Philippines - Dumaguete
Branch.

RESOLVED FURTHERMORE, that the forgoing resolution is the latest resolution adopted by the
ROEM R. LAMPAWOG

Sangguniang Barangay and are valid and binding, and have not been revoked, superseded, cancelled, modified or
amended and remains effective.
