方主体的信息资料. 买方允许卖方在 14 天之内把以上资料准备齐全并发往买方代表。如卖方无法完成
上述要求，买方保有最终追溯权力并罚款卖方 4 公斤值的黄金作为对买方的手续，资金成本赔偿。
The Seller should send the stock of product photos, partial (redacted) POP and the Seller’s CIS along with the
FCO. The seller has 14 working days to prepare the above documents. If seller is unable to provide the
documents, our company as buyer has the right to penalize XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Penalty amount
should be 1% of 400 kilograms of gold bullion 99.99% purity.
