according with the Social Accountability 8000:2014 standard,
labor law and international standards and human rights

OMNIA PLAST S.R.L., is certified by SA 8000 regarding the social

accountability management system, agree and sustain the right of workers which come
to complete national provisions under labor law, and international provisions regarding
labor and human rights. Althought, our Company is concerned with respecting and
mantaining the following principles of Social Accountability:
1. The Company does not practice or encourage the use of child labor, forced and
compulsory labor.
2. The Company dose not use or encourage discrimination in employment, wages,
upon termination of employment, retirement, based on race, gender, sexual
orientation, family responsability, marital status, political opinions, trade union
membership, age or any other conditions not listed above and which may lead to
discrimination.
3. The Company treat employees with dignity and respect.
4. Ensuring the activity in a health and safe working environment, asa well as taking
measures to prevent incidents and/or accidents at work or occupational diseases.
5. Ensuring the rights of employees to associate, to join trade unions, to participate in
collective bargaining with the Company, to lodge complaints and to receive a
response without being subjected to retaliation or threats of any kind.
6. Ensuring a work schedule with related breaks according to the legal provisions,
days off for public holidays.
7. Respecting the rights of employees to a decent salary related to the work
performed, and complying with the egal provisions in force.

In order to fully comply with the requirements of the standard, please confirm,

organization and if you have the certification retaled to the Social Responsibility
management system (SA 8000:2014).
