1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Landlord and Tenant
(Amendment) Ordinance; 1946, and shall be read as one with .
the Landlord and Tenant Ordinance,. Oh.2'7.No.16.

Scbedule to
Oh.27.No.16 2, The Schedule to the Landlord and Tenant Ordinance is
amended. hereby amended-

(a) by substituting the charge "$1.25" for tt"le charge

"$1.00" wherever it occurs;

(b) by substituting the words "gross sum realised by the

sale" for the words "net produce of sale". .

Passed in Council this tloJrteenth day of December, in the

year of Our Lord one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.
