On motion made and duly seconded the following resolution was made to wit:

RESOLVED: That the KEN N RIE TRANSPORT INC., a.) be authorized to apply for online
banking, payroll, deposit and pick-ups b.) had been authorized to provide documents/information/data
that maybe needed by TIAONG RURAL BANK, INC. in connection with the application and to
authorize MR. NOMER L. NARAGA and/or MR.GLENN D.L. PINLAC to gather data / information
from KEN N RIE TRANSPORT INC. is hereby approved and confirmed.

RESOLVED FURTHER: That the KEN N RIE TRANSPORT INC., designated MR.
NOMER L. NARAGA, President/General Manager and/or MR. GLENN D.L.PINLAC, Treasurer as
authorized officer(s) to sign papers / documents relative to the KEN N RIE TRANSPORT INC.,
application whose signature appears below is also approved and confirmed:

RESOLVED, FINALLY, that the authorities herein granted are sufficiently beneficial to and are
