Notice

As per the guidelines incorporated in Syllabus of Third year Computer-Sem-II , all the students are
require to undertake Winter Internship during the period from 11th Dec 2023 to 6 Jan 2024 (4 week)
either in company or can take online Internship. Students are informed to be in touch with Internship
coordinator or class coordinator for internship guidelines and all the students are informed to confirm and
submit of internship details in attached google sheet by 3rd Jan 2024.

Every Student is required to prepare a documentary proof of activity and evaluation of activity will be
done by Coordinator and Head of department. Evaluation parameter : Internal evaluation- (50 Marks)
+Work book and internship report-(50 marks).

After completion of internship ,students has to submit report in following format before 20 Jan 2024

The report shall be presented covering following recommended fields but limited to,

• Title/Cover Page
• CO_PO mapping
• Internship completion certificate
• Internship Place Details- Company background-organization and activities/Scope and
object of the study / Supervisor details
• Summary of Marks
• Day wise Report table
• Index/Table of Contents
• Introduction
• Title/Problem statement/objectives
• Motivation/Scope and rationale of the study
• Methodological details
• Results / Analysis /inferences and conclusion
• Suggestions / Recommendations for improvement to industry, if any
• Attendance Record
• Acknowledgement
• List of reference (Library books, magazines and other sources)
