LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM

To: ALL TEACHING & NON-TEACHING PERSONNEL

This School

1. In accordance to Deped Order No. 35 s. 2016, the DepEd issued policy on the
Learning Action Cell (LAC) as a K to 12 Basic Education Program School-Based
Continuing Professional Development Strategy for the Improvement of Teaching and
Learning.

2. Furthermore, in line with DepEd mandate on L&D that specifies the development of
competent and committed leaders and employees, this school commits to implement
necessary intervention/development programs for the attainment of goals stipulated
by the aforementioned policy.

3. Thus, all teaching and non-teaching personnel of this school is hereby informed on the
conduct of SCHOOL LEARNING ACTION CELL: ORIENTATION ON
LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM on Friday, September 30, 2022.

4. Everyone is also advised to produce hard copies of L&D Manual and EOP for
individual references. Soft copies of these resources are available at DOTES Press
